PRINCETON, DADE COUNTY, 2016-2017: This new master plan proposal is for a large parcel of land south of Miami in an unincorporated county neighborhood known as Princeton. As Miami's urban core continues to grow, smart growth development strategies are needed to accommodate a growing population in a responsible way. In this collaborative project, our team carefully combined a mix of uses centered around neighborhood amenities such as pools and tennis courts. We also emphasized pedestrian connections to a nearby transit stop. Our team also developed a variety of flexible urban housing types that could be located throughout the project.
